ELSUR Packet Decoder screen

This topic provides an overview of the ELSUR Packet Decoder screen and all the settings and buttons on it. However if you require step-by-step procedures on using the ELSUR Packet Viewer refer to How to decode a single HEX stream.

This feature requires option E14 Sentinel. If you do not have this option this feature is not available.

The ELSUR Packet Decoder screen, allows you to input and decode a single hex stream so that you can view and copy it.

Enter the hex message you want to decode. The HEX message must be a properly formatted hexadecimal octet string (even number of them) and HEX streams up to 400,000 size are allowed.

Select the electronic surveillance standard for the hex message so that it can be correctly decoded.

Click to decode the hex message and display it on the screen. You can also highlight the message and copy it if required, however if you want to use many of the messages in a separate document then it is recommended that you use Export instead.
